橄榄球是欧美最受欢迎的运动项目，每年1、2月举办的超级碗（国家橄榄球联盟年度冠军赛），相当于美国的春晚，可以说是举国欢庆，拥有超过一半美国家庭的电视收视率！
Football is the most popular sport in Europe and the United States. The Super Bowl (annual championship game of the National Football League), held each year in January or February, can be said to be equivalent to the Spring Festival Gala in China. The day on which the Super Bowl is played, now considered by some as an unofficial American national holiday, is called "Super Bowl Sunday". it is the second-largest day for U.S. food consumption, after Thanksgiving Day. And it has TV ratings of more than half of American families!

Hulk 杨浩

毕业于哈尔滨体育学院，职业橄榄球运动员，田径训练六年，健身训练五年，并涉足网球、冰球、滑雪等多个运动领域。2014年代表中国参加世界大学生美式橄榄球锦标赛获多个场次的全场MVP，2016年入选CAFL全国室内美式联盟效力于广州超能量队，现为普林斯专职体育教师和橄榄球教练。

美式橄榄球不仅可以提高身体素质，让你在运动中懂得互相赞赏、理解和包容，同时传达给你永不言弃的精神，让体育回归教育！
